Minimum 60% marks in qualifying degree (BE/B.Tech or equivalent as specified for each branch). For some branches: Minimum 60% aggregate marks in Class X and XII and minimum 60% marks in English in Class X or XII. Final year students can apply provided they complete degree by June 2026 with required percentage. |

• Shortlisting based on normalized marks in qualifying degree • SSB Interview (5 days) • Medical Examination • Final Merit List NCC 'C' certificate holders get 5% relaxation in cutoff marks for SSB shortlisting |

• Training at Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala, Kerala • Initial Short Service Commission for 12 years (extendable by 2 years) • Probation period: 3 years for SSC(NAC), 2 years for other branches • Initial rank: Sub Lieutenant • Starting salary: Approximately ₹1,10,000 per month |
